Field Mapping

Lender administrators specify mapping between their Encompass instance specific custom field ids and integration published extension field ids.

Encompass Field ID can be mapped to Provider Field Name, mapped from Provider Field Name and bidirectional mapping can exist between the two fields. Field Mapping UI provides following capabilities:

• Lender administrators can download CSV file template to send to providers.
• Field Mapping values can be added manually or via import capability by lender user. Pre-filled mapping values received from a provider in CSV file format can be imported to avoid manual entry.
• Export of a provider’s existing field mapping values into CSV file.
